Application and development of aseptic filling and packaging technology

Abstract: This paper introduces some technical characteristics of aseptic packaging, including the process of aseptic filling and packaging, packaging materials, horizontal and vertical sealing in mechanical structure, the formation of sterile environment and the development trend of sterile packaging technology

People are interested in all packaged soft drinks "I haven't heard that companies are interested in developing this product because they are more suitable for modern busy lifestyles. Manufacturers also continue to innovate. They bring new products to the market. These new products are very sensitive to possible microorganisms, easy to cause pollution problems, and bring changes in color and taste. Traditionally, the solution to these problems has been to use hot filling process to heat products and packaging But heat-resistant bottles are expensive, and the high temperature also makes the product lose its flavor and color

1. Packaging material of sterile paper packaging system

2. Characteristics of aseptic packaging system
